Start with the house.
Understand how a brand works before deciding how its software should work. Its service, language, and standards are part of the product brief.
Cosmic Elements · New York
We’re building commerce software for people who notice the details.
Made by Pulsar Labs.
Built alongside our founding brands.
Why Cosmic exists
A good advisor remembers. They know what caught your attention last time, whether a repair is ready, and when something new might interest you. That understanding is built slowly, through attention.
Online, too much of that history disappears. The store, the service team, and the marketing tools each see a different piece of the person. The brand has to work around the gaps.
We started Cosmic to bring those pieces together. Brand expression, client context, and the operation should share the same foundations.
We’re a small team in New York, working with a small group of brands on the first version. There is a lot to build. We want to build it with the people who will use it.

The decisions we return to when building the product.
Understand how a brand works before deciding how its software should work. Its service, language, and standards are part of the product brief.
Design around the whole relationship. A client’s history should remain useful as teams, locations, and channels change.
Show people why the system is suggesting something. Give them the information and control to make a different call.
Take the underlying work seriously: reliable operations, clear interfaces, and room for the business to change.
A conversation is a good place to start.
For brands, collaborators, and people interested in the work.
